The Alpine World Cup is a season-long series typically running from October through March. Events are split across disciplines — Slalom, Giant Slalom, Super-G, Downhill, and Alpine Combined — and take place at venues worldwide, from the Alps to North America and Asia. Racers collect points at each stop based on finish position. Season titles are awarded for each discipline, and the athlete with the most overall points across all disciplines wins the Overall Crystal Globe.
